We co-created a tailored word-of-mouth campaign with Patroba to engage the target audience, gather key consumer data, and drive new customer conversions.

Over 4,000 candidates signed up via our Foodsters social media campaign. We then selected 1,000 women who best aligned with Patroba’s target criteria.

Engagement

Participants shared UGC online and offline, creating buzz. They received discount coupons and were guided to discuss Patroba’s whole-grain bread with others.

Feedback & Conversion

A survey gathered insights on participant preferences, while follow-up communications aimed to convert them into long-term customers.

Product Testing

Participants picked up their products in-store and were guided through a custom chatbot experience to learn about Patroba’s benefits.
