Nespresso is a pioneer in delivering distinctive coffee experiences.
Challenge
The brand aimed to expand its community by engaging new enthusiasts. Their challenge was to target people who owned a machine compatible with Nespresso capsules but had never been a Nespresso customer.
Our mission was to craft a unique product experience focusing on taste and showcasing Nespresso's commitment to sustainability and innovation in coffee culture.
The end goal was to convert participants and their entourage into new members on the Nespresso website.
Solution & implementation
We co-created a tailored solution with Nespresso to reach a highly specific target and maximize impact.
Recruitment
We launched a highly targeted social media campaign, reaching coffee enthusiasts who owned compatible machines but had never purchased Nespresso capsules.
Product Testing
Participants received discovery packs and were invited to a Master Class, where a coffee expert shared insights into Nespresso's blends and demonstrated milk-based recipes.
Engagement & Sharing
Participants learned about Nespresso's sustainability efforts and shared their experiences on social media and through word of mouth, driving both online reviews and offline discussions.
Selection
We worked closely with Nespresso to identify and select consumers who had not yet created an account on Nespresso's website, ensuring we reached potential new customers.
